Method 1: Drill holes in the nostrils yourself (requires having a pointed tool like a small screwdriver ready) and pour in hand sanitizer from the back.
Method 2: Pour hand sanitizer directly into the nostrils.
Due to the small size of the nostrils, the amount of hand sanitizer used is limited to a single application.
