Step-by-Step Guide

1. Removing the Old Seal

• Remove the crankshaft pulley fixing screw.

• Select the appropriate tool and insert the hook feet of the seal puller into the inner edge or reserved holes of the seal.

• Attach the seal puller bridge and slide hammer, then rotate the center screw of the slide hammer to smoothly and safely pull out the old seal without damage.

2. Installing the New Seal

• Choose the top cap adapter (C-I) that matches the seal size and place it into the installation backing plate (U).

• Add a crankshaft pulley spacer (J-M) of suitable height based on spatial requirements.

• Select the seal installation sleeve (O-T) with the corresponding inner diameter and slide it over the new seal.

• Insert the crankshaft pulley screw and tighten it with a wrench, ensuring the seal is pressed evenly and horizontally into the housing.

• Continue tightening until the seal is fully seated. Then, remove the tools in sequence and reinstall the crankshaft pulley.
